After using Bray Real Estate to list our client's aging but custom-built home, a very old cabin, several outbuildings, and the surrounding land and pastures, our local economy unexpectedly experienced a significant decline. Bobby hung with us throughout that slow period and, at the right time, he suggested an adjustment to his marketing plan for these unique properties. We were able to have confidence in his professional advice due to his experience with ranch sales and with ranching in general. While we faced a few challenges along the way, primarily due to the house and ranch being unoccupied, Bobby always had thoughtful potential solutions to the problems that we encountered. He would clearly outline for us the various factors that needed to be considered.
